Shipping policy
At Factory Direct Australia, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you. Our order processing starts only after your payment has been cleared. Typically, items are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days after we receive a cleared payment.
Delivery Times by Region
- Victoria: Expect delivery within 3-8 working days.
- NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: Delivery takes approximately 5-10 working days.
- WA, NT, and TAS: Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery.
Please note that these timelines are estimates and, while we strive to meet them, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
General Delivery Conditions
- No Specific Delivery Dates: Our delivery partners and we do not guarantee delivery on specific dates or times as these are outside our control.
- Undeliverable Packages: If your parcel is returned to us, our customer service team will contact you via email to resolve the issue.
- Inaccurate Address: Should there be any discrepancies with your order’s address causing the package to return to us, our customer care team will contact you. A re-delivery fee will apply.
- Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt: If you are not present when your order is delivered, Australia Post will leave a notification for you to pick it up from your local post office. For deliveries handled by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made for a convenient delivery time. If you miss the arranged delivery time, a re-delivery fee will apply.
- Rejected by Receiver: If the item is a gift, please ensure the receiver is aware to prevent rejection. If the package needs to be resent, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Additional Shipping Information
- Longer Delivery Times: While we provide expected delivery times by each courier partner for reference, please note that deliveries might take longer than expected due to various reasons.
- No Pick-Up or Own Courier Arrangement: To maintain efficiency in our distribution center, we do not allow pickup or the use of customer-arranged couriers.
- Undeliverable Postcodes: Some SKUs cannot be delivered to certain postcodes. We do our best to cover Australia-wide, but if delivery is not feasible, your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically with an email notification. An additional shipping fee may apply for certain items. Contact your account manager for more information about deliveries to remote areas.
Restrictions
- No International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
- No Deliveries to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: Due to logistics, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
